Baldiv Digital OÜ is a private limited company (osaühing) registered under the laws of the Republic of Estonia. VAT registration not applicable below threshold.

By accessing baldiv.com or any product operated by Baldiv Digital OÜ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.

Baldiv Digital OÜ operates the following products:

• RankAl SEO — WordPress SEO plugin available free and under PRO/Business subscriptions.
• dashboard.rank.al — SaaS platform for license management and subscriptions.
• rankalseo.com — Product marketing and download website.
• baldiv.com — Company website and venture portfolio.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service modifications.

All content on baldiv.com — including text, design, graphics, code, and the BALDIV brand — is the property of Baldiv Digital OÜ and protected under Estonian and EU intellectual property law.

RankAl SEO (free tier) is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2), as required by WordPress. The PRO/Business extensions are proprietary and licensed, not sold.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our proprietary software, brand assets, or website content without prior written permission.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Prices are in USD. EU customers may see VAT added based on their country of residence.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time via dashboard.rank.al.
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period, except under our refund policy below.

If RankAl SEO PRO or Business does not work as described within 14 days of purchase, email [email protected] with your order ID for an immediate full refund.

As an EU-registered company, we comply with EU consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services not yet rendered.

Refunds are not available after 14 days or if the license has been used to activate more than 3 sites.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the services will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) results obtained from use of the services will be accurate or reliable; (c) the quality of any products or services obtained through us will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baldiv Digital OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
